I applied on march 30th under general. This is my third time applying.

12th-59%
B.tech - 59.8(no gaps, 9 backlogs)
Ielts score: 7.0 bands

For the first two times,I applied for Information security management. Visa officers pointed out the low marks and 9 fails. I was suggested to change to Software and Information Systems testing because I have few subjects in my undergraduation where I have scored good.

I mentioned in my sop that I have never failed in any of the core subjects and that those low marks subjects are theoretical and not related to the course which I am opting for. I also mentioned that I got 7.0 bands and scholarship from fanshawe college.
