Study Permit Applied and Recived within Canada. Urgent Help Needed.

I am currently in Canada and I came here on my visitor multiple trp which is valid till Jan 2017. I applied for my 3 years study permit from with in Canada and have got my study permit just a week back till 2018/11.
I was supposed to start my program of study in January but I was not allowed to because I received my permit late and now the next session of my program is being offered in the September intake.

1. Can I go back to my country or USA in this time and come back before September and start new term or it is better not to leave Canada before my study starts? As it says on the permit that it does not authorize reentry.
2. Secondly as Now I am going to start in September so I would need my study permit to be extended as well to complete the program where should I and when should I do that?
3. My Current TRV will expire in Jan 2017 where and how I am supposed to get a new TRV? Why don't they extended my TRV along with the Study Permit? as I wrote in my study application application the my current trv expires in Jan 2017.
4. Am I supposed to inform the Citizenship and Immigration department that I will be starting to study from September intake now? If yes how and where I should inform them?
5. Can I stay in Canada for more then 6 months now since I got my study permit not but I came here on a visitor visa.

1) Your study permit doesn't allow you to re enter country but already have visa until 2017, may be the same reason they did extend your visa.

You can go any where and come back before jan 2017 as your visa shows you have multiple entry in it. about your work permit, you can apply 1 year before it expires by attaching supporting documents.


Call CIC and explain your situation before you take any decision.

Hi, I am in the same situation as you. I came on a visit visa and I got admission for masters degree. I start studying in this winter and I applied online for the study permit. I am worried why the university had stopped you. For me they give until march 13 to submit the study permit but I am not sure if it will be approved by CIC at that time.

Do you think they will stop me even if I am waiting the study?

Which university are you studying at? Yes they do not let you study in a program longer then 6 months duration normally. Also tell me what course or program you are in? Is it some kind of a foundation or preperatory for the masters?

I am studying MEng at Concordia Uni in Montreal. I am still waiting the CAQ to be issued and then I am going to apply for a study permit.
The thing is that they allowed me to study for this semester and I had already paid the tuition fees. I am afraid they will not let me finish this semester and ask me to differ the admission to summer semester.
