Sorry to hear that. If you don't on rush, apply GCMS first to find out exact reason. GCMS notes will take 30 days to arrive. Then you will need to apply with new documents.

I have spoken to my agent and they are evaluating the situation and i believe we will rewrite the sop and try to better the financial means.

Can someone please tell me what is The courier address as it is something i should include.
Also what is the time frame for the process of passport submission? how long does it take for the passport to be returned to the Applicant?

My question is what is the The courier address, recipient name and your contact information on a piece of paper. (including your e-mail address). and how long does the process take for the passport to be returned.
Sorry, I just thought maybe this can be useful, courier address is VFS Global address on the internet.
When I called them last month, they had said, your address and the person who will get it if you are not at home will be sufficient. Because VFS will send the passport to Ankara with this information and they will send it to you after stamping. The receiver address is already VFS global. You can call UPS and write them the address. Maybe others can give extra info, it will be useful.

When I have talked to a friend, he said some people are still waiting after two weeks, some got it in a week. I think it depends on your chance. Probably in two weeks, you can get it.
I recommend you to wait, if you get another rejection things would be more harder for you.
GCMS (Global Case Management System) notes will give you the exact reason of your refusal. Order them via thegcmsonline.com or any other similar service you can find by google. You will see in the notes section that officier explaning the ground of your refusal.
You have said before, you are not planning to travel at the beginning of winter semester. Just take your time, order gcms -> revise your sop and add extra evidince to address officiers concerns and then apply again.
