Do you mean eligibility review started for both of you right? My eligibility started on September 9 and no update yet.
Yes, eligibility review started. Weird you are waiting since 9th. Have you applied for yourself only?

In that video which I can't share because of forum's rule, Ezgi Çelik said that they were trying to finish first stages next week ( so this week). Don't focus on September 15.

so you got the acceptance letter in May to start your study in Janurary 2021 and applied to get the visa in September? am I understanding you right?
Letter of Acceptance -> May 28
Application Submitted -> July 21
Biometrics Completed -> July 24
Eligibility Review Started -> September 9
Program Start Date: January 1
I had ghost update yesterday without a change. Today, my wifes OWP application got a ghost update but no change (her eligibility started in April) . Seems they are working on.
