Hi! I had applied for Canadian Student Permit Visa on 28th May, 2016. However it has been more than 6 weeks now but I have not received any communication from them except for "application confirmation" message which I received at the very beginning. What should I do? Any help will be deeply appreciated!

Have u taken help of any consultant ?? Did u get any tracking number ? I have applied today I mean 11 July nd the vfs told me it would take 2 mnths for the processing ...and my consultant had told me those who applied in may month haven't got decision on their application yet ..so I this the processing time has increased ..may be this is the reason behind it delay in resultachint1994 said:@neha2 I applied online on cic website. u know gc key, study permit stuff! Well, thanks for ur assurance. I didn't take help from any consultants and have only my application number, which I don't know how to use for tracking my visa progress. Btw, the processing time according to the website is 4 weeks for study permit and not 2 months.

I have a similar case. I have applied online for a "study permit" on May 12, 2016 and until today I have no clue what is my application status!!! All my emails have been returned with auto-messages, not even personalized messages about my application. All I know from these messages is that my application is not processed in my home country. But rather in a hub station in Ankara (Turkey) because it was applied online (what a huge mistake I did!!!). I have sent tons of emails and I have filled many WEB forms, but in vain.
The CIC system states that the processing time in Turkey is ONE Week, I'm in week number (NINE) and no reply/decision.
Tomorrow is my second monthiversary, if someone wants to celebrate it with me ;D

Today is my 45 day still my medical is not passed by embassey. I'm really worried. But my friends who applied after me got their visa.
