Study Permit Application:Within Canada

I would like to know what is on going status of study permit application?Since the process is delayed for 2-3 months and session is delayed.What is probability of getting study permit?

I would appreciate,if somebody can provide insight

Its a huge question mark buddy, im in the same state too.. applied on 12th nov 2012 for jan intake and still under processing.
