This person has been doling out this unhelpful advice on this forum. It hasn't worked for them (or for most people around here) so not sure why they keep saying it with such confidence .

Study permits don’t allow for reconsideration unless in extreme situations where there is an absolute error.

Order GCMS notes but improve your funds and purpose of visit can mean anything. Usually it means they don’t believe you are a genuine student so make sure the program expands on current education and provides career opportunities and progression in your home country.
