So recently 3 days back I checked my GCKey Portal there I passed my medical and its updated date is 4 April and on 3 April Ircc sent request form to upload my LOA again it has been uploaded and eligibility review is in progress . Can anyone enlighten how much time it will take for approval and why they asked LOA again.

Thanku for replying but my LOA wasn't conditionalcheck if your LOA was conditional or not and check whether your institution verified your LOA when IRCC reached about it.
