My application is in process since 29 January and still no update.just => we are processing your background check.we will send you a message if we need more information.
Your application is in progress.we will send you a message once the final decision has been made. And no update

you must send webforms or emails basis where your application is. check with your agent n ask them to give u the email ids

Actually i did send a request but they just sent me a template message which was sent to me automatically.

In that case just reply to their automated email. Because automated replies r triggered when u send the typical format provided by the agent which includes application number n all. When you reply and ask for a specific query n there r no trigger keywords, ur email will get into their actual email box to be replied personally.
