Study permit application got rejected ...Can someone help me with the SOP please?

Hi,
My Canadian Study permit was rejected today for HRM 1 years course stating in Sep on the below grounds:
1. Previous education/ employment experience is inconsistent with current educational goals, I am not satisfied that the motivation to pursue this particular program in Canada at this point in time is reasonable.
2. I am therefore not satisfied that the applicant would be a bona fide student in Canada who will leave Canada by the end of the period authorized for their stay.

Can someone please share their SOP with me, which included the explanation of the reasons for rejection?

Suggest you provide your full profile. Someone else's SOP may be useless in addressing your refusal reasons.

Don’t you already have a masters in personnel management? Why do you need to take a one year HR course in Canada? How will it help your career in your home country. Officer doesn’t believe you are a genuine student as you probably are looking to Immigrate and have a masters in the same area.

Yes, you are right I have completed my masters in HR in 2008. My first visa application was rejected due to course reason, so now i have applied for Global Business Management course and have received acceptance for the same. I need help with SOP for this application.
