Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering, CGPA: 3.71/4.00, Applied online: 29th June, 2017, Approved with passport request: 23rd August, 2017. No medical or police report needed since I applied from the US.

Hi I just want to know if it is necessary to include birth certificate of all your family members. Like parents and siblings.
