Study Permit Applicants: Upront Medical Vs Offically Requested Medical Exam

Hi,

Does CIC IOM MHA Centers distinguishes Upfront Medical Exam applicants from the applicants who get called officially after application submission? I mean, is there a different priority, so that officially called ones get earlier appointments?

Shouldn't be given different priority. Upfront is simply quicker.
