Study permit and visitors

Can I apply to extend both study permit and visitors record at the same time? Would that be an issue or all good?

Those are 2 very different statuses.

Yes I know it is, but both statuses are expiring on the same day (July 31) they study for I will renew, but isn't it necsararry to extend visitors as well? Just to be legally in canada.

You can't have visitor and student status at the same time. You can study while being a visitor if certain conditions are met though.

My guess is you are referring to the TRV. It's recommended to apply for TRV once study permit is approved.

I'm confused, if I have a multi entry visitors visa and have extended it already with a visitors record while was studying, shouldn't I extend it again? Or is it not necessary?
