I'm confused, if I have a multi entry visitors visa and have extended it already with a visitors record while was studying, shouldn't I extend it again? Or is it not necessary?

Yes I know it is, but both statuses are expiring on the same day (July 31) they study for I will renew, but isn't it necsararry to extend visitors as well? Just to be legally in canada.

Quick question, Can I apply to extend both study permit and visitors record at the same time? Would that be an issue or all good? Thanks Gary

Will the extention be accepted even if it is for 1 course with a huge gap from april to september? She was going to be done this April, now she has to wait to take one course in September 2024 which is so ridiculous, And the price she will pay is just for the 1 course right? I hope they won't...

Hi My niece visitor status will expire April 21, I am helping her apply for the visitors record, but came across an issue, it asks for proof of finance to support herself, we are currently supporting her and she doesn't make money here since she is a visitor, so what do I do in this part? Gary

She is currently taking a small course in English, her English level is only 1 right now so she is trying to improve that for when she takes the IELTS and applies for a study permit. Do any of you know a good lawyer that can guide us with this process?
