Hi Guys! I need some help.

I've been studying in Canada since December 2008.I left Canada on may 2011 to see my family and my study permit and visa expired while I was in canada and I couldn't renew them.My school sent me a letter stating all the courses that I have completed and that I'm enrolled full time. My question is... will my application get refused because I didn't renew both my study permit and Visa and I have been away for 4 months? If not do I have to apply as a returning student?or do I have to do do the the whole new application again?

There can be miracles, when you believe, though hope is frail it's hard to tell, who knows what miracles, you can achieve, when you believe, somehow you will, You will when you believe

No it shouldn't be a problem applying for both from your home country. They might ask you for a personal interview to state the reason why you were unable to apply in Canada. mention any urgent family thing that you have to attend to and that should be it.. Hope this helps...

Hi,

They might ask you a letter from your school which states that you are still a full time student enrolled/registered in a courses. I do not think if it's going to be difficult, well may be it will take some time.

Hmm that shouldn't be a problem either but please note an officer examining your file considers only one thing: i.e is this person fit to study in Canada (assuming you passed all your courses and are nearing the date of Graduation).. one of my friends failed his courses for 2 semester's and he went back home with an expired study permit & VISA and his extension was rejected based on the grounds that he wouldn't be able to return back to the country with ties.. Hope you get my point!!

Submit the Letter from the University that you are full time student and taking courses in the coming semester and if possible show them the receipt of the paid tuition fees..
