Guys I made an online application for study permit, in additional forms a form, IMM5257b, is being shown. This is a temporary resident visa form. Do I need to submit it as well, no one is accompanying me to canada.

Yesterday I applied for study permit and uploaded all docs asked in checklist. But today I received message in Mycic account regarding Eligibility verification for OCWP, for which I'm not eligible as my program will start in January 2014. What should I do now? The form asks questions such as previous institution, province etc and all options are Canadian institutes and provinces. I'm worried what to do now!nileshkaka said:
