Study permit and Express Entry

Good morning everyone! I would like to answer question about immigration. Can we be in express entry pool and go to study in Canada with study permit? Wouldn`t be our express entry account blocked or invalidate? Also, if we are not eligible for Express Entry now can we apply again after our study and work experience in Canada? I will be really grateful for your answers!
