Hi
Me and and my spouse have a profile in the EE pool since Dec, 18 with a score of 463. We have received ITA twice but had to decline the same due to incomplete documentation. My spouse has an admit in UBC for Fall 2019 and as our PR is taking time we need to apply for SP. I am the PA in the EE profile and the SP will be applied for my spouse. Further, we had applied for SP for my husband in 2018 but the same got rejected and we had to defer his admission. Then from Dec 18 we started our PR process but unfortunately the same is also taking time. Hence, the last option is to simultaneously file an application for SP for my spouse as we cant afford to defer the admission for another year. Need you suggestion...

I would suggest you go for the EE route. If you are so close and have got ITA before, why do you want to spend so much money in the name of going to Canada. Max this could delay your plan by 2-3 years.

Even if you are genuinely interested in studying, the fees for PR are of the domestic rate which is much lower than international students.

You have a good EE score which is at par or above the cutoff. I don't see the necessity in rushing to go for a SP when you have such a good EE score.

What documents are you missing? If you dont have complete documents, why you entered EE pool?

Hi
All my documents are ready now.. May be I was not able to make myself clear in my last post... When I submitted my Profile in Dec,2018 I was not aware that I need Traffic History form Queensland where I have stayed for 6 months..By the time my consultant informed the same I had no other option left other than declining my ITA. But those are now available with me...The confusion is not with missing document its about
- whether my spouse can apply for Sp while our profile is in EE pool?
- As our agency is not very active if we want to carry on the after ITA process by our self, is it possible?
Hope I have made my questions clear this time...

Ideally, you should wait for ITA. Your CRS score will get you the invite in this month draw which takes place two times a month.
If you cannot wait, then you are likely to pay 3-4 times more tuition fee as compared to a PR.
Your spouse can apply for study permit irrespective of your EE status but make sure he enters this information in the application form if you receive ITA before he applies.
You can get your GCKEY credentials from your ageny and complete rest of the process by yourself.

go for EE option..
Do you have a joint file in pool with 463? or separate for both?
If it is joint, you both would get the PR in this year itself with that score.
If it is separate, then get your PR and then either take spouse PR for him and then he can study afterwards. You would save a lot of money this way. I am on SP and my fees is $15000/year approx, and for the citizen/PR people it is $4000/year approx.
Save the $$ my friend..
