Hi, just go through the eligibility questionnaire/tool, when you're asked if you're going to submit an application for a family member, answer yes, it will generate the documents for your study permit then trv for visiting only or work permit for your husband if he wants to work, good luck.

My suggestion is to do both study and work permit application separately. Include ur husband in ur study permit application, showing that he is coming over to Canada with u, only to support on ur educational venture.

Later, when ur SP is approved, apply fr his WP,this process will kind of guarantee ur husband's permit without any complication in ur SP

so if he is accompanying me for my PhD program do I choose 'visit- tourism'? or 'visit- all other types?' or is it 'study' as well?
