Study permanent taking longer than usual

Hi everyone,

I completed my application on the 11th of September (Biometrics, Medical test and Additional documents all included). The IRCC site states that processing time for my country is 4 weeks. Is this delay normal? I know these are unusual times but is there anyone else having same problem?

Which country is that from as sounds remarkably short given many countries are quoted 4 or more months. Covid has for sure slowed done all immigration applications

It's Morocco, I checked the IRCC for approximate processing time (here https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio...vices/application/check-processing-times.html) , and it says that it takes 4 weeks after receiving all required documents.
I'm wondering what this delay could mean for my application?
