Study in Canada with Expired PR Card

Hello,

I would like to know if it is possible to study in Canada with an expired PR card.

Theoretically, I am eligible to renew it but the renewal processes would take a lot of time after the begining of the fall semester.

Yes, simply because your PR STATUS does not expire...only the status CARD expires.

I 100% agree with above - just to note though, you should check what the university will require as proof of PR status.

From personal experience, they are actually pretty flexible, although would still recommend applying for card without too much delay.
