Hello!
I got a certificate in a college in Ontario (supported by a scholarship), and I had to go back to my home country for a period of 18 months after the end of the program.
It is been 4 years since the contract expired, and I have no obligations whatsoever to apply my knowledge and skills in my home country anymore. I can leave the country whenever I want!
When creating the express entry profile, I came across this question "Did you study in Canada based on an award that required them to go back to their home country to apply their knowledge and skills?"
So I was wondering should I answer YES or NO?
And if YES do I still get additional points for Canadian education?
