hi friends,
i was creating my EE profile. I have finished my 2-year diploma in Canada in 2017. i did studies in Ontario and trying to apply for noi in Alberta. I put all the correct details in information section but I don't know why 15 points for study in Canada are not getting calculated. does anyone know the reason why? when I count my points CRS calculator, they get counted.
My job is not the same as my studies were. does it matter?

If you just updated your profile, give it 24 hours for the score to update.

Are you on a PGWP? If yes, then the problem isn´t your institution.

That leaves the exclusion questions that a lot of people answer incorrectly. Did you answer yes to any of the questions that addressed the following:

"Exceptions
(5) For the purpose of this section, the following are not eligible credentials:

  • (a) credentials obtained in a study or training program in which the study of English or French as a second language amounted to more than half of the program;
  • (b) credentials obtained in a study or training program in which distance learning amounted to more than half of the program; or
  • (c) credentials obtained in a study or training program while receiving a scholarship or fellowship that stipulated that the recipient return to their home country to apply the knowledge and skills gained."

My job is not the same as my studies were. does it matter?
No.

thank you for respond.
I got my mistake. I was answering "YES" to the following question, which is wrong. I had my studies in IT.
Q: Was more than half the study program English or french as a second language course? I should answer "NO" .

Please correct me if I am wrong.
