ITA Positive assesment

I have received positive assessment from ITA as Machinist but it is stating that i have to clear written exam with in 12 months to get certified. Now can i lodge my file along with this letter from ITA and clear my exam once i reach Canada.

I have done btech in the field of computer science and planning for pg diploma or masters from Canada. My ielts score is
Speaking writing reading 5.5
Listening 6.5
Overall 6
Can I apply?,

I have seen many cases where VO (Visa officer) generally rejects the case on the basis of low IELTS score (2 of my friends got the rejection letter one of the reason stating low English language ability one of them scored 6 overall n another 6.5 overall) ... I strongly recommend you to retake the test again... to make your case strong work hard to score at least 7...... this is my opinion.... but still if you feel confident you can go ahead...

Study IELTS Validity

hello
i got the scores in IELTS academic module.I m applying for masters in Canadian universities.Do the universities consider an overall score of minimum 6.5 or,the scores in reading and writing sections only(of academic module).since, the notes mentioned in the above of the score card is written with:"Admission to undergraduate and post graduate courses should be based on the academic reading and writing modules."?
I got 5.5 in reading and writing section of academic module.7.5 and 7 in speaking and listening respectively.
will they consider or,not?
