Study gap of 3.5 years after diploma , Can i get canadian study visa ??

Hello sir,

I need your assistance to re-apply for study permit in Canada. I had gap of 3 years and got refusal on date:-11/11/21 (now its 5 year gap after refusal) . I have done my diploma in mechanical engineering in 2016 with the percentage of above 60% .

What were the reasons for refusal? What is your full profile - age, program in Canada, funds, current occupation, IELTs.

Order GCMS notes. VOs don’t believe you has seletched the correct program based on your diploma and current occupation. And don’t believe you are a genuine student.

What type of program did you apply to (degree, diploma, post grad), length and at what school? How does the program build on your education and progress your career? How will spending tens of thousands in Canada give you a better career/how much more money will you make? You are a supervisor and want to study programming…makes no career sense.

Funds - how much does the program cost? Then you add $10,000 per year in living expenses. Your funds may be too low as you need to pay first year tuition and show $10,000 minimum. Are these your own funds?

Purpose of visit can mean anything ties to country, lack of travel history, not showing career progression and better job opportunities, not leaving Canada at end of program etc.

I started working as a supervisor while I had spare time cause of corona transport is near to my house i do not have to travel miles. I didn't show to embassy i am working as a supervisor rather i showed my old working as a mechanic helper in 2 workshops even i showed certificates of experience.

i have paid 15k plus and added money to GIC acc. $10,200, and funds of 10-13 lakh rupees in FD's
even explained in SOP my study isn't enough to showcase my skills that's why i need more better education in India practical work isn't appreciated, i'm likely to do practical than theoretically

CDI is a private college so that is one obvious reason for rejection. Was this the Quebec CDI college that was suspended? Private colleges cater to international students and are seen as diploma mills. Choose a public university or college.

So you paid $25K to a consultant? She must get kick backs from CDI college too. Your current job (supervisor and not mentioned) and job before that (mechanic) have no similarities to the program. Again look at public colleges and universities to apply to, not private colleges.

Funds - you should be showing your own funds. Not your grandparents or brother. Are you using up all their liquid funds to go to school?

Google - order GCMS notes. Pay the fee and order the notes to read the full refusal and notes from the VO. Will take about a month. Most likely it will state - going to a public (suspended) college, program doesn’t build on career, cost of studies doesn’t justify future career, funds are not his own etc.

1. Order GCMS notes and reapply addressing all reasons for refusal
2 .Pick a public college, get accepted, pay first year tuition
3. Find a program that builds on your career as a mechanic. Can’t mention supervisor position (could have applied for management programs)
4. Funds - try to improve your own funds
5. SOP - explain how program will build on current career and outline job opportunities. Explain why you need to study in Canada
5. Reapply

GCMS notes cost about $30-40. You really can do this yourself. Research public colleges and apply. Most likely your consultant gets “paid” by CDI College for you apply there. If you are serious about studying in Canada, do the work and find the program you want that builds on your career and education.

I do not want to take any risk this time and I know i cannot handle it alone i need consultation if you can assist me through it good if no then please suggest me good consultant if you know any i haven't done anything before like applying for study permit by myself for me or someone and it's more easy for me while doing something for someone rather than doing it for me. One is a university and one is a college. What are the programs? Are 5 year gaps allowed for the program…check requirements. Some colleges/universities no longer allow large gaps because permits have higher rate of refusal. Can’t offer advice on consultants. You need your tracking/application number/GCKey account to apply for GCMS notes.

Google - order GCMS notes - there are several companies that do it.

universities for higher education I mean for postgraduates but I am undergraduate, diploma after 10th doesn't count in bachelor!
so these all programs are bachelor looked on idp site and all are public colleges

programs colleges are:

1. Industrial mechanical, Nova scotia community college
2. Diesel repair industrial and marine Nova scotia community college
3. Mechanical techniques Confederation college of applied arts and technology
4. Diploma in mechanical Engg. technician
non-destructive evaluation (fast-track) Durham college
5. Mechanical technician-machinist Canadore college

and I don't know gap acceptable or not I am asking to you if you know something about it or maybe you can google it and tell me
and my counsultant refusing to give me GC key as she said she have several applications in one GC key, is it possible
