i applied for study visa to canada but got refusal. Now i am going to apply for both study visa and spouse visa too. Is it safe to do so or will there be consequences?

No consequences but you need to address all reasons for refusal and have more funds.

Send a webform asap to correct this error. If IRCC finds it first, then you're risking a refusal and a potential 5 year ban from Canada for misrepresentation. This is a very serious error.
