Studied then worked at the US, two trips or one

I was studying at the US and graduated and after that I worked for one year on OPT.
Do I log this travel as two separate entries, one for study and one for work?
please not that there is no stamp after my graduation as I didn't leave the US after it.

For travel history it would count as one, but for personal history as separate. I am in similar situation and added as single ongoing trip in travel history.
