students reach canada in june july before last semester result?

so....i heard some students applied and got visa even before they got last semester results? :'(

and they even reached there before getting the final result?

and one of them got atkt in one subject so had to come back to india....

is this really possible...i think these guys went for USA but is the same thing possible for canada?

is it advisable to do this before getting all results?

First university or college won't accept you if you had previous backlog of any subject and by chance they accept you getting visa will be a problem in Canada( according to me) although I am not an expert u can seek some expertise help regarding this..
