The lock down has no impact on the recent update to travel restrictions. The October 20th updates still stand.

You're enrolled in Centinnial College yet you don't want to take the time to check your own college's website (for which a link was even provided in this very thread) to find out what Apps you need to download!!! Come on.....
Anyway the 2 apps are iCent and MS Teams. This is as per the guidelines of your college (you see I took the time to read through YOUR college's website... you should too). As for the authorities in Canada, you need to download ArriveCAN.

You can if that is the only practical entry point to Canada, then travel onwards to your destination.

Yes, travellers can still come. Shops are closed so you may need to get your winter coat online if you don't have one. Right now it only applies to Toronto and Mississauga so it depends where you study if it impacts you.
