I think you should opt for masters rather than pg diploma because according to what i have seen here , it is better to have Masters for good job prospective and I think U of Waterloo and Saskatchewan are good to go and as I am a U of S student it doesn't mean i favoring It because a lot of MY friends here who are in masters are on scholarships which i think can reduce the financial stress overhead but ya try to choose 2 or 3 schools so that at least u can get into one of them and yes for U of S u need 70% overall in bachelors but rest depends on the supervisor whether he is willing to accept u as his student or not and I think u should get MEng instead of MSc as there is better scope for jobs for engineer students here in Canada.

if u have have the contact list of supervisors available on U of S website then it is good to go but if not let me know!

actually i have no idea about supervisors... but i am gonna apply for January 2013 intake.. and i think only Msc will be available if am not wrong...

plz give me you email id too.... i also want to know about part time jobs during study and life in Saskatchewan..

HI i am sriram.I applied for MS and Meng in Mechanical engg in Univ of Saskatchewan I scored 8.568cgpa in B.tech -Mech 89.5% in Diploma in mechatronics and in Ielts overall-6.5 LIs-7.5,rea-6,writing-5.5 and speak-6 by this whether i hav a chance to get into or whether i hav to retake my exam is univ of saskatcewan is good in mechanical engg.please any one suggest me abt this

MEng in Electrical and Computer engineering
BTech -68% (still to give my 4-2 exams)
Intermediate(+2) -76.8%
10th -83%
Ielts -7.5 (each band above 6)

Can anybody please tell me if there are any chances of me getting into these universities.

do i need supervisor for PGD ?
my profile is
B.E electrical 69% orCGPA 2.64/4.00
12th 76.8%
10th 78.8%
IELTS 7.0(6 above in each)
what are my chances to get admission and one thing more that what are the chances to get visa on PGD offer letter.

Hello gsrr! This is sadam hussain, I have applied for master of petroleum system engineering at uni of regina, I got 71% in matricularion, 69% in intermidiate and 64.93% in my bachelor of mining engineering in 2014, I was exempted from ielts requirement, how much chance I have to get admssion later plz reply :-[
