unfortunately you are not eligible for OSAP or for Canada Student Loans of any description because you are not a Canadian citizen or permanent resident.

Is there funding available from your home country to study abroad? Failing that, the only thing you can do is contact the school you plan to attend and see if you qualify for any bursaries or scholarships.
