Hi indian engineer .i have done 10th in icse with 66% and 12th in punjab board PSEB with 77% in commerce stream .my subject marks are as follows.- English 65/75 Business studies 47/75 Accounting 60/75 Economics 56/75 E business 62/75 I got one time refusal from canadian college Vancouver course business diploma in sept 2017 intake .IELTS 6 Bands not less than 5.5 please suggest me the perfect course.for me.and college i also want to know about is there any maths requirement and also my refusal was in others

I have 80% marks in 12th (2017 passout) (40 maths, 75 physics ,92 chemistry ) IELTS 7.5 not less than 6.5 .
I want to apply under non SPP category in September 2018 intake.
I know my score in maths is less so I want to do an improvement exam in March 2018 and I am confident that I will get above 80. I want to ask that how much time does it take to get a visa under non-SPP category so that I can apply on time because I will get the improvement marksheet in June 2018. So if I apply in July under non-SPP SPP , will I get Visa till September 2018? Are there any chances of rejection if I meet all the condition

Hi everyone,
I am a PR here in Canada.
My brother is going to apply for january intake. He is in the middle of his degree. Bcs 4th semester.
My question is, does that effect his visa processing by any chance?
Also, can he show the visa officer that my sister (myself) will take care of my expanses?
Any kind of information, suggestion would be appreciated.
