i applied on 6 October 2017 for student permit ofter 3 days my medical passed . My Background check was " we are processing your BC " today i check my account it shows BC
( not applicable) what does it means ?

it Means you do not need ant background check : and that means you have cleared your background check. No need to worry about it. Cheers!!

can't say!!!! TBH you need to prepare a very good SOP which justify your course and future goals after your course completion in India. Nowadays CIC reject the application on random bases.
