I have given my bcom. Last semestr exams and my result is expected to cme out in july. So i wanted to know how much will it take to get the dmc
And can i apply for jan19 intake without all the acdemic docs. I have my ielts result.
And what abt the procedure to get provisinal degree

My college is post graduate govt college for girls, sector 11, chandigarh
It comes under panjab uni.

DMC's are usually available within a week in the colleges.
For provisional degree you will have to visit the Admn Block Top Floor. There is a section which deals with Degree related matters.

Can i apply for any college without all the academic documents ??

To apply for Offer Letter you need your proof of last highest qualification.
Did you apply for B.Com without 12th marksheet?
You can get a projected score for 3rd year based on your score in the first 2 years. But the process will take a while. But it can be done.

Bt consultant told me that i can atleast apply and get a conditinal offer letter which will contain the deadline for submission of my degree and after that an unconditonal letter can be taken. That is what i mainly wanted to clarify. In that case will a conditinal offr lttr issued ?
Also , can waiting till i get my provisional degree can delay my application in few colleges?
