Ok. But when i asked from visa application center karachi they told me yhat the whole processing is done in visa office islamabad.

I applied without medical on 30th June, 2016 from Islamabad. Today received only update message. "Your application has been updated. Please sign in to your account and check your application status and messages for more information" This is a good sign at least they have opened our applications. MUFC20 I applied on the same day at Islamabad VFS as you. Congrats on passed medical status, Hopefully you will get your decision earlier than us as you did your medical upfront.

Yes the "information updated" email is sent because the status of application is changed from "linked to accoun"t to "Read". You can check it in last section of your my cic when submitted aplications are listed. So finally process has been started.

This is really confusing people at karachi visa application center says that whole processing for student visa occurs at islamabad however CIC website for islamabad visa center says the processing of student pwrmit for Pakistan applicants occura in ABU DHABI. Which procesaing time shud we expect to follow??either of abu dhabi or pakistan?

Application of Pakistani student are processed in Abu Dhabi but Pakistani candidates processing time is different from UAE candidates. UAE candidates processing is a bit faster than Pakistani candidates because of shorter verification and postal time.

i regularly check it at least 10 times a day but still there is nothing new on it.
