Does anyone submitted their passports from kollam or trivandrum region....pls reply..I gave blue dart address of kottarakkara and it was not servicable.
Please try with other states pin codes. in kerala non of the pincodes are serviceable. I tried 2 times with kundara and chavara pincodes. now I gave coimbatore pin code. and waiting for courier pickup.
Ernakulam region is serviceable. But then again you need to give a residential address there and not a bluedart address.
To anyone who is facing the problem of non-serviceable address, try to remove the keywords - 'P.O' or 'Taluk' or 'Village' from your residential address.

you can try with 'punalur', i submitted mine through punalur. i went there and submit it directly to the bluedart.
How was the process of direct submission to blue dart courier? Payment process? VFS agreed? Etc would be helpful.
what i did , during webform submission of passport request i put an address of a familier shop in punalur . when i got mail regarding pickup date , i directly went to bluedart and submit the passport, thatsall. vfs have no role in this , they just need a valied pincode that webform accepts.

Can you pls tell me the exact address you gave...how many days after submitting webform...u got the payment link

Many of the Kerala pincodes are not serviceable as per VFS. I have also tried with many different addresses however nothing worked out. Finally I gave a Bangalore (Indiranagar) address and I got payment link on the same day itself. I have submitted the passport package directly into the blue dart courier office as they will come for pick only after 3 pm (as per blue dart customer care executive instructions) and I didn't want take a chance of loosing the opportunity.

560038 was the pincode I used for pickup and below is the address of the Blue dart office where I submitted the package directly as the pickup was delayed:-
2, 13th Main Rd, HAL 2nd Stage, Doopanahalli, Indiranagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560008
Both there areas are nearby only, hardly 2 km distance with each other.
