I even checked with blue dart, they said they do service now from my pincode( Cochin). However, VFS told not serviceable.Dropped a mail to VFS about the same and also requested to suggest nearby serviceable location. Yet to hear from VFS.
Give any city closest to your border. anyone can drop off the passport but you will have to collect with your valid id. Coimbatore,cumbum,theni,madhurai list goes.
vfs and bluedart operate differently. you need confirmation from vfs for a pickup not bluedart. You can give multiple address to ask them if that is available which they will confirm and they will register pickup.

What about address in Coimbatore you have to mention to VFS, is it the courier office address? or an hotel you are planning to stay?
Find in google maps the location & address of bluedart, find a nearby hotel in the same pincode for the address to give to vfs. you dont really have to stay or have validity. Just drop off at their office and do the same for pick by tracking your packet.

Did the same, confirmed with Bluedart, all their services are active in Kerala but I don’t know why VFS got a problem with Bluedarts in Kerala. Emailed VFS for serviceable locations inside Kerala. Still waiting for a reply.
I received passport request on 30th October, I’m still having trouble coordinating with VFS. Their phone is not working and email conversations with them are a disaster. Such pathetic service from VFS.
there was an embargo issue in Kerala that prevented keralites from using the 2 way courier service but last week VFS informed me that the embargo is lifted but the given address of mine was not serviceable and asked for an alternate address. But they did not mention the address must be outside of Kerala. So I believe there are serviceable locations inside Kerala. I have asked them for a list of serviceable locations inside Kerala. Waiting for a reply.
I got a response from VFS saying my home pincode is serviceable and asked to send full address.After sending again Drama, this pincode is not serviceable.
Fed up
After a lot of emails and providing multiple addresses from Bangalore, finally today I received a payment link for pickup from my kerala home address (Palakkad - 679313). Pickup is scheduled for tomorrow. It seems Kerala PIN codes are now serviceable again. Please try again. I initiated a brand new mail chain from another email ID and that got through quickly in one week's time. Still waiting for a response from my initial request submitted on 12th Dec.
