minimum 1 week maximum 15-18 days brother ,this depend on in which time period u applied ,in my opinion this is not high peak time they will surely send in one week

search here for appartmets .. I think starting august is right to fly ;D becz if we go early sometimes they ask Que. about how u going to manage by coming early ? Are u having funds to survive here becz u came early ? so its better to leave in august or anyone who has gone early ..in july will clearly ans this .

yes u can deffer , ur admission if some how u can't able to arrange ur funds .Deadline date for Sep intake is 1 Aug.

Can u give me points for my profile.. HERE it goes:
10th : 58%
12th : 74 %
BCA : 65% (2012)
from 2012 to 2013 ( one year of experience as a computer operator in office of CA and do have a experience certificate)
after this i did 6 months training in IT company in Networking.....
IELTS result : Waiting 23rd may ( am sure i will get min 6.5)

yups go for offer letter then ,lot of time is there for deadline u can easily complete all documentation till that date .
