Hi buddy,
i havnt received my visa yet. Me pretty tensed regarding this. I gave my medicals on 30th november and resubmitted my passport on 1st december but my status is under processing now. So i dont kno yet when wil i be flying. Pray for me. Did u get your visa?

How many days did they take after your medicals and after you resubmit your passport? Did they called you in telephone interview? U applied under spp?
yup I applied under SPP.Actually I applied for the sept session but medical got delayed then I got a deferred offer letter for jan session.Then i reapplied around mid of oct 2010 n the status was still under processing till 15 or 16th of nov 2010.I started getting worried then we first mailed n after few days sent a request letter to d high commision.2 or 3 days later i got my passport saying that i need to submit my deffered offer letter for jan session which we forgot to submitted.I submitted it n den after 3 days i got ma visa.
Ok. It seems u did lots of hard work. Ultimately it paid off. Right now i am in ur phase waiting desperately for my stamp in passport. Hope i get it soon. Me very tensed.

I have applied for visa for University of Calgary for MEng in Petroleum Engineering (VFS HYderabad). This canadian visa process is testing my patience !
This is my timeline:
Applied on: 19th Oct, 2010
Got passport back for medicals on: 25th OCt
Medicals: 27th OCt
Re-submitted passport after medicals: 28th Oct
Passport reached CHC on: 1st Nov
Current Status: Under processing.
How long its gonna take ? Any idea ?

its better to contact them through mail or phone. They normally dont take such long times. Just ask them to speed up your process as your starting date is nearing. Am also waiting yaar. Wat else can v do except that. Lets pray to god and hope for the best... Do keep posting ur updates.
