Yea true. I applied on 6th July SDS online, Biometrics done on 12th July, Medical on 31st July. I received 2 correspondence letters on 6th August but no update after that.
Upon enquiring, they just said the final decision is taken and I would be notified soon. Don't know what's taking so long. It's been almost 2 months.
Anyone else facing similar situation?

Yh our timeline is almost same like mine is: Application done: 10th July
Biometrics done: 15th July
Medical approved: 29th July
Biometric corresponding letter: 7th August
Till now all it shows that my background check, eligibility and final decision all are underprocess.
Plus my college starts on 3rd September,
Well I’ve send them web form as well day before yesterday and didn’t get any message yet and since u got a msg from them saying so, I guess the best we can do is wait
I reapplied on 29 July still there is no any update I am very worried coz my classes start from 3 sept
I thought so too but it's not in spam. Even the application status in gc key shows Background verification and final decision in progress.
So sorry dear. They are taking so long and at the end these results are disappointing.

Comply with your consultant...and re-apply your application with next intake... I hope we here something good from you.
