I submit my application on 19th July and still my eligibility hasn't started

I have no knowledge how they process student visa. Maybe on first sight they just filter the files on superiority and process accordingly.

Eventhough my brothers is in January session , still he got the visa in less then 20 business days.

I used New Zealand immigration processing knowledge to strengthen his case to canada, coz my friend was an immigration officer there.

I know by posting here nothing will help. I have applied on 25th July
Biometric- 29th July
Medical passed -7th August
After that heard nothing. So disappointed classes are from 9th sept. And it’s 5 weeks since I applied.
