in general we have to wait for medical request is it? in sds there is option for upfront medicals.
I have one doubt : What is there in acknowledgement letter? Because I think I didn't get it yet. I have done upfront medical though.
It just mentions that your file is being processed. Don't worry, some people did not receive it.

This is my timeline :
Category : SDS Online
Applied on 17th April
Biometric letter received : 18th April
Biometrics given and updated on the GC Key on : 23rd April same day
Medical Passed : 8th May
Original Passport request : 9th May

Can u pls let me know did u booked ur appointment for biometrics or u went to vfs without appoitmnt nd given biometrics fee?
Or u get letter for biometrics?
I booked my appountment and i gave biometrics fees at the time of applying only
Guys, do we get update notification on registered email or we have to keep checking CIC portal for medical or visa update?
