Students for September 2019 intake

Hi all

Got an sms that decision letter has been dispatched from IRCC. But my agent says no update via email . Anyone think this might be an approval ?
 
When we submit additional documents after file submission to VFS. Does the tracking ID is same for both the file submission and additional document submission?

It really important please anyone who know reply it.
 
No .. nothing .. moreover I have submitted on the 21st March .. today got my decision letter dispatch.. upfront medical and biometrics.. paper based non sds

You would have link it online to know if it's visa approve or not
.. no one can tell untill you get your passport and see if the stamp is there for approve

Beside they should have mail you but it might be system erro which will still come in later by tomorrow
