Here’s my Timeline ........
21 June - Applied under Non-SDS Online
23 June - Biometric Request
25 June - Biometric Done At Vfs Bangalore
26 June - Biometric Updated In Cic Account
05 July - Received Acknowledgement Letter

After This There is no update, i read somewhere that i takes 4-5 days for decision after receving acknowledgement letter but it is more then 9 days and no update (. is it normal ? or anyone can tell me how many days it gonna take ?

It's normal.. I got approval letter 21 days after receiving student acknowledgement letter..

but on cic website it is clearly mentioned that sds online visa takes 20 calendar days

It is minimum . Due to rush much time is taken.

It's a few days after biometrics correspondence letter, not acknowledgement letter. It's been 4 weeks since I received my acknowledgement letter and still no update.

If agent is fare then there is no need. Email message is received by the applicant. Then agent check the inbox message. Don't worry.

I just contacted the admin in my university department where I'll be studying and told them my visa is delayed and can I defer and they replied yes that I can and I just have to email them a week before class starts. I advise to contact someone at your college/university directly. All it takes is one email.

I am not very sure about that...in my case my agent asked me to send a request letter to deferr my program to sept intake and within 3 4 days I received the offer letter..

So you requested the letter after your approval or during the process of your student permit?
