I guess I saw a ghost update in my file.
It change from "we are in process of reviewing" to "we are reviewing"

Did you give biometrics already? It could be because 30 days passed since you applied and they give 30 days for biometrics (in normal conditions) so it could an automatic update on the portal. Mine changed today but I applied on july 24, now it says Submitted and Biometrics states "you didn't give your biometrics". Before it said "we need your biometrics".

I think your update is more related to biometrics due date then (that is 30 days after application) - mine is the same.
