Students applied in july 2020 for study permit

Hi all,

I am planning to study in Canada LLM(Masters) or any Law related Graduate program. I have done my Bachelors in Engineering in 2004 and i have 11 years of Work exp into Software. I resigned my job and joined LLB (Bachelors) in India. Now i am in Final year. Do i have any chance to get student visa for doing LLM or any law related graduate program. or only MBA will be suitable. I have also applied for SINP and my score is 63, as my score is low i am planning for study permit. Will Visa officer consider my application by not taking into account of PR application. Is there any mismatch of course if i select Law. Please advice as this has great impact on my career.

Hi kaur as soon as you apply for yor online application after the submission they start reviewing your eligibility dont worry you will get your visa in this month because classes are starting next month so have some patience nd pray for your visa☺☺

Nd i also applied on 8th june nd i got my medical update on 13 july as i was refused case so my biometrics was done

And till now no one has got their visa only embassy is giving replies to refused cases so dont worry

Thanks dear for replying. Actually I was reallly happy after listening that, one student of india got visa today.that is why I asked kiska approved hogea. So that I can say congratulations to him or her

I Don’t think anyone in India has got AIP
Time to wakeup IRCC now

Nd ircc told in their webinar that they will issue AIP before 15 September
 
Applied on 13th July
Biometrics completed on 17th July (Complete application)

Next update on 5th August:: medical exam passed
7th August : they had asked for my police clearance certificate from my home country which I had already uploaded

Which country did you apply from ?

Reason why this is processed so early because it is biometric complete - this will not be an AIP - Will be a full approval likely if assessed

It is not like that. My biometric is also done and I filed on 10 july but my review of eligibility has not been started yet.
That's why I couldn't understand nikil's case

Dont know I also have not excepted that fast as it is showing some 20 weeks of processing time.
