So apply to schools, get admission, pay first year tuition and apply for a study permit showing at least $20k.
Research Canadian universities. Google is your friend. See if you meet admission requirements with your grades and language test results. Then apply. Assume you have cash to pay for studies.
It would help if you started with research. It all depends on the city, university, language level, and so on. There are a lot of good universities, and it depends on your preferred majors, academic results, scholarship opportunities and so on. When I was applying, I took my time and read about all the universities I liked, which helped me make the right choice. I love what I study, the professors are good, and I have extra courses which improve my general knowledge greatly. For example, I have to write one paper about the death penalty, and I know very little bout it. I've already found some useful resources and managed to read more of those essay samples, which helped me to understand everything better. Such samples also helped me with some ideas, so I hope to be able to write something of high quality. And such tasks are good because they "push" you to look for and learn something new.
