On january 2025 and it ends in december 2026
Ok. Odd that you didn’t apply all at the same time. So show that you have paid first year tuition and then the $31,500 (cash in the bank). If you haven’t paid all the tuition then add to bank statement. Her application is processed from country of residence so she will need to show ties to return.

Our agency said that i should get accepted first and then her together with my daughter. And by what you mean in show ties of return? Does she need to go home first or it's okay to to do it here cause she's here already?

She entered Canada as a visitor, and can stay up to 6 months so she will need to show ties to return. She really doesn’t have ties but it would be income property, job etc. She doesn’t need to leave but her case is weakened now because you didn’t apply together. Your agency gave bad advice if you were applying for a Masters. Do you have the cash in the bank over the past 4 months? What country? How old is child?

So if you have the $31k plus the tuition then go ahead and apply. Hopefully it will be approved. If not, she can remain as a visitor but will have to extend her stay within 6 months. If extension is refused then she leaves.

Thank you. I guess that's the only way, we lack the funds as of the moment.

You need to show the funds, and that is cash in the bank. You applied with funds for one person not three. So your spouse and child can stay as visitors, and will need to extend their stay within the next few months.

Since school has not started then you cannot work until program begins. Once it does, you can work up to 24 hours per week.
