Student viza got rejected under SPP

hi everyone,
I have applied for students Viza under SPP. My profile is as below
Ielts score : LISTENING=8, READING = 8, WRITING = 6, SPEAKING= 6.5, Over all= 7
I have completed my Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering= 61.14%,
12th std = 52%
10th std= 71%
i am working as a Production Planning Engineer in a Fabrication company( manufacturing) from past 3 years.
I had opted for PG in Manufacturing mangement in Sheridan College, Ontraio.
I have submitted the 2 semester fees & GIC bonds.

What should i do?

Di you write an SOP to explain why your course chosen makes sense for you - in terms of future prospects in India?
Did you explain in SOP how your past education as well as work experience is complimented by this course chosen ?

AS PER SPP CHECKLIST. IT WAS NOT AN REQUIREMENT TO PRODUCE A SOP. I believe that was my mistake for not writing a SOP.

i will suggest you to apply again in general category as soon as possible for jan 2014 intake
this time write a strong SOP in which you should to relate your proposed studies with past experience and study
eg>> you should write i have done (blah blah) during my job from which i reliazed that i need to study further in this field

Amar bhai, forget about the check list. The importance of SOP is so much discussed in the forum and you should have gone with it. It is always better to present yourself the way you want to, to the VO, instead of leaving him/her to make the judgement based on the docs. They have so many files to review and may miss out on an imp doc that you had attached. The only and the most imp thing missing in your application is the SOP and with a proper SOP, you have very very high chances of getting a visa. Good luck in your next attempt.

Yes, you are correct I should have submitted my SOP for the course. I have secured the admission last year(2012) in University of Auckland, New Zealand for Masters in Engineering management on the basis of my SOP only, but due to some financial issues at that moment I had to drop my plans. Now I will submit my SOP.
Now I am looking for Masters in Engineering management in some of the following colleges for 2014 batch.
Memorial University of New found land
University of Ottawa
University of Saskatchewan
University of Dalhousie
I need to apply directly to these universities do I need to find an agent ? Any more suggestion that I should keep in mind

I too applied at CHC Delhi on 28th for the programme, Mechanical Engineering Technology-Industrial-Fast track.

BE 68.6% Mechanical Engineering. 2013 Graduated.

Diploma Mechanical Engineering- 69%

Tenth -54%.

IELTS - 7(7,7,7,7).

What are the chances that I will get VISA,

Im so tensed because they people say that there is no progression in the selected course. Where, graduation is an eligibility for admission into this course.
It is now three days since I have applied and there is no reply.

I submitted-
PP.
GIC.
One Sem fee.
Parents IT forms for two years.
No SOP.
Medicals done.
All marksheets.
Please experts reply.
