Your agent may have applied from Canada but it is processed from Kenya. if you submitted a webform not much you can do. Since you have an agent, ask the agent about next steps.

Did you follow the instructions for an upfront medical? Read the link.

If you took an upfront medical exam
You must include a copy of the IMM 1017B Upfront Medical Report form that the doctor gave you after your exam. If the doctor works with eMedical, they’ll give you an information sheet print out.

You must attach that form to your paper application. If you apply online, you must upload that form before you can submit your application.
If you took a medical exam after you submitted your application
There is no further action required on your part.

I think if you have been requested a medical from IRCC do not wait, I would suggest you to take it again as they only give 30 days for you to submit the emedical. If you dont then they might not review your application further. While you have already submitted your medical result in webform, I still would not take any chances.
